Stick #24: Advance Within Stability (Moderately Favorable)
风浪虽平未可松，稳舵徐行向远峰。守成之中求进步，进而不躁是英雄。
Plain reading
This lot says though waves seem calm, do not slack. Hold the rudder and sail slowly toward distant peak. Improve while keeping what works — advance without rashness is true strength.
Interpretation
"Advance Within Stability" is a moderately favorable stick. Calm sea still needs helm. Progress inside guard — not restless, not idle — is heroism.
Situation notes
- Career: Shine in current role before seeking rise.
- Relationships: Add romance inside stable bond — no great tear-down.
- Wealth: Core assets stay; edge may experiment.
Common misread
Auspicious tiers (such as Moderately Favorable) are tone, not a verdict. Name one action you control before redrawing.
Advice
Improve in small steps on what you have. No gamble, no waste — gain hides in steadiness.
Drawn from Zheng He's seven voyages — fully supplied, old routes then new — steady advance raised national might.
