Stick #41: Treat Others with Sincerity (Neutral)
诚心所至石可开，虚诈从来不久长。待人以真天可鉴，信义二字是桥梁。
Plain reading
This lot says true heart moves stone. False dealing cannot last. Speak truth to kin, work, and customer — one sincere act outweighs ten clever masks.
Interpretation
"Treat Others with Sincerity" is a neutral stick. Sincerity reaches where force fails. Heaven sees true dealing — trust and faith are the bridge.
Situation notes
- Career: Honest report — trust brings bigger task.
- Relationships: Open heart, no game — trust roots deep.
- Wealth: No fraud — straight path keeps coin.
Common misread
Auspicious tiers (such as Neutral) are tone, not a verdict. Name one action you control before redrawing.
Advice
Less polish, less hide. Tell truth in small things — great trust grows from small.
Drawn from Ji Bu — "word worth a thousand gold" — and Zengzi killing pig to teach child faith — truth builds standing.
